Steven Rushworth
Charlotte Rushworth
Steven Rushworth has spent over 20 years working with Europe's biggest travel and aviation companies. He specialises in the development of systems which harness analytics and mathematics to improve profitability. His particular areas of interest are resource and staff planning, logistics and revenue management.
Steven's experience includes British Airways, TUI Group, Thomas Cook and logistics start up Beacon.
Steven is also an experienced public speaker and mentor. He has most recently served as a trustee at a STEM charity for children.

Charlotte Rushworth is an experienced sales and marketing consultant specialising in marketing communications and brand advocacy. Charlotte has spent 15+ years working in the premium wine category with particular expertise launching new products in the lower alcohol category.
Charlotte also advises on business development and company growth strategies in particular in new geographical markets. Her most recent project was with Motulus BV advising on new mobiliity markets for their crew optimisation software products.
